So .. it’s not a skin, laser or before and after pic reel, but … doing things that are good for the soul, physically challenging, healthy and getting outdoors in the fresh air can really benefit us and also gives us that after glow (and sore thighs 🥴) I loved this hike/scramble, felt out of my comfort zone on the descent down but felt amazing and very lucky to be able to do this throughout 💪🏼 and all on our door step too.
